Seylou Bakery

Minimalist bakery for artisan breads & pastries made from locally grown grains, plus coffee & teas.

A custom-made IPSOR wood-fired oven was built on site by Spanish craftsmen from a lineage of oven builders. Made with mixed brick and steel construction with a concrete rotating deck oven and an indirect firebox, the oven has excellent baking qualities, is energy efficient, and is a striking centerpiece in the heart of the bakery. They source our hardwood from Virginia.
