You can also get a full holiday meal from Tony & Joe’s Seafood Place, a massive family-sized dinner from Carmine’s, or a high-end seasonal feast from Blue Duck Tavern.
For a modern Mexican celebration, Amparo’s (Dupont Circle) Thanksgiving Dinner ($275, serves 4) features a ½ Pavo en Mole negro, 5 seasonal sides, and their signature cafe de olla flan. Each meal includes a $25 gift card for a future visit; preorder by November 21 for pickup on November 26. If you want a luxe twist on tradition, skip the turkey and pre-order the signature Peking Duck from Philippe Chow (635 Wharf St. SW). The restaurant will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, so order ahead ($120, 72-hour advance notice required) for pickup on Wednesday, November 26, to let the iconic crispy duck take center stage.
