AKA Washington Circle has officially become One Washington Circle DC, part of Tapestry Collection by Hilton, bringing a new restaurant and a new general manager to the West End this year!

A West End Landmark Gets A Hilton Badge

The 151 room all-suite property sits at the gateway of the West End, steps from Georgetown University, Dupont Circle, and Foggy Bottom. Ownership group Electra America Hospitality and operator Concord Hospitality partnered with Hilton to fold the hotel into Tapestry Collection, a portfolio of more than 200 independent properties that keep their own personality while gaining Hilton Honors backing.

Regional Vice President Christopher Tyner called the property “a trusted home away from home for travelers who value comfort and privacy.” Concord Hospitality Chief Operating Officer Will Loughran said the group is “thrilled to welcome One Washington Circle into Concord’s portfolio.”

Suites, Balconies, And A Reimagined Restaurant Anchor The Relaunch

Of the 151 rooms, 51 are full suites, 18 come with full kitchens, and most suites open onto private balconies with city views. The hotel’s restaurant, formerly a.kitchen+bar, has been renamed Ten Ten West End and now leans into seasonal Mid Atlantic ingredients across indoor and patio seating.

Guests also get a stylish lobby lounge, a Technogym equipped fitness center, a private cinema with curated film programming, and a boardroom sized for small meetings.

A New General Manager With Three Decades In DC Hospitality

Stacy Smith stepped in as General Manager this September, bringing more than 30 years of Washington hospitality leadership to the role. Smith previously chaired the Destination DC board and founded the City Partner Pathways Apprenticeship Program, which built career pipelines for future hospitality workers. She called it “an exciting time for the hotel and the West End” as she takes on the property’s next chapter.

As a Hilton property, the hotel now folds into Hilton Honors, giving members a flexible points and cash payment slider, exclusive member rates, free standard WiFi, and Digital Key access through the Hilton Honors app.

One Washington Circle DC sits at 1 Washington Circle NW, Washington, DC 20037, directly across from the Foggy Bottom Metro station. Nightly rates vary by date and season, and reservations run through Hilton’s booking channels or the hotel’s own site.
