Get ready to indulge in a fun afternoon with delicious food and exciting activities at the 1st Annual Taste of Tysons Corner Center! This exciting event will occur on Saturday, May 6th, from 1-4pm, rain or shine, at the Tysons Corner Center in Virginia.
With over 40 participating restaurants, visitors can sample bites from eateries throughout the center while watching live music and cooking demonstrations on The Plaza. To participate, check-in at the Tysons Corner tent on The Plaza for your “Passport to Delicious: Eatery Guide.” Get your Passport stamped at every sampling table to be entered to win the Grand Prize – a Nespresso VertuoPlus machine and a $200 Eddie V’s gift card!
In addition to the food samples, a VIP lounge on The Plaza will offer complimentary Eddie V’s oyster bar and tuna tartar, beer, wine tasting, and sales, sampling of Earl’s new menu items, and La Sandia guacamole and build your own taco bar. All proceeds from VIP ticket sales will benefit Food for Others.
But that’s not all! The event will also feature cooking demos and chef appearances from Barrel & Bushel’s (and Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner’s) Executive Chef Daron Lee, Seasons 52’s Executive Chef Partner Matt Beverley, Nordstrom Ebar Manager Kris Kozosky, Shake Shack’s General Manager Sam Posey, and Alex Lee from Wasabi.
And if you’re in the mood for some live entertainment, you can enjoy the music of Under the Covers Band and So Fetch on The Plaza stage.
VIP Tent/Beer Garden tickets are available on the event website. However, the event itself is free and open to the public. So come on down and enjoy a Taste of Tysons Corner Center!
