Ten Ten West End puts Chef Nicholas Fulginiti’s seasonal American cooking inside One Washington Circle, giving hotel guests and nearby diners a restaurant designed for both a regular meal and a planned evening out.
The Chef Brings Italian Roots And Local Experience
Fulginiti’s background helps explain the menu’s direction. The restaurant’s chef profile and menus trace his cooking to Italian family meals, training under Linton Hopkins at Atlanta’s Holeman & Finch and later leadership at District Winery. That translates into familiar dishes shaped by seasonal ingredients rather than a rigid regional menu.
Pasta Offers A Useful Starting Point
A must try is the spicy pork sausage ragù with lumache, whipped ricotta, basil and Aleppo pepper. It is a concrete example of the chef’s Italian roots within the broader American menu.
The restaurant’s dining and access guide confirms outdoor terrace seating, wheelchair access and private or semi-private dining. Walk-ins are accepted as space permits, while reservations are recommended for busier services. There is no required dress code.
