This Saturday, Park Hyatt Washington transforms into a hub of innovation and flavor, hosting an exclusive Masters of Food & Wine event dedicated to sustainable beekeeping and the artistry of local honey. Curated for connoisseurs of craftsmanship, this gathering unites Barr Hill Distillery, Capitol Bee CARE, Pastry Chef Colleen Murphy, and Chef de Cuisine Andrew Cleverdon for an afternoon of seasonal cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, and immersive learning.

Guests will delve into the hotel’s rooftop beekeeping initiative, where 50,000 bees thrive among flowering herbs and pollinator-friendly gardens. The experience features honey-infused dishes, signature cocktails like The Bee’s Knees, and insights from beekeeping expert Rachel Perry and Barr Hill’s Kaitlin Ryan. Highlights include:

2026 CLINICAL RELEASE APEXHEALTHLAB

Duck Wings with fermented plum and honey
Caramelized Honey Custard with huckleberry-fig granita
Live bee frame displays and discussions on urban pollinator conservation

Tickets: $150 per person (tax/service included). Reserve via Blue Duck Tavern | Masters of Food and Wine.
