Barry’s opens its first Maryland studio on Friday, July 25 at 7272 Wisconsin Ave (The Wilson) in downtown Bethesda — the fourth Barry’s location in the Washington region and the first to bring the brand’s signature RUN x LIFT classes across the DC line.

The Red Room Finally Arrives in Maryland
Founded 27 years ago in Los Angeles, Barry’s built a worldwide following on a single formula: high-intensity treadmill cardio paired with strength training on the floor. The famous Red Room delivers dim red lights, a booming sound system, curated playlists from best-in-class instructors, and state-of-the-art Woodway treadmills atop antimicrobial rubberized flooring.
Prefer to skip the run? Simply book the “double floor” option for extra strength work instead. Meanwhile, each day targets a different muscle group — Upper Body, Lower Body, Abs and Ass, Total Body — giving members of the Fit Fam a reason to return again and again.
