Before the curtain rises, head upstairs for monumental skyline views, exclusive bites, and live entertainment in the heart of Penn Quarter!

A Centennial Stage Above the Nation’s Capital

Since opening on December 27, 1924, the Warner Theatre has anchored DC’s Penn Quarter as a neo-renaissance concert hall and a living archive of music, comedy, theater, and political moments. Originally known as the Earle, the velvet-draped picture palace earned praise from the Washington Post as a pleasure to enter and a regret to leave.

A century later, the historic venue still sets the stage for sensational nights, and now it rewards ticketholders with something extraordinary upstairs.

Monumental Views Before the Main Act

The Rooftop Rendezvous is a FREE early-access experience that comes with select show tickets. Doors open two hours before showtime, weather permitting, and guests soak in sweeping views of the Nation’s Capital. Rooftop entertainment complements each performance, and exclusive food and beverage options round out the experience. Bartenders pour crafted cocktails alongside Warner’s special centennial-year brew, making the pre-show ritual a destination of its own.
