Ingle Korean Steakhouse is celebrating Chuseok, the Korean harvest holiday, with a special prix fixe menu at both its DC and Tysons locations from Thursday, September 24 through Saturday, September 26.
A Holiday Marked With Rice Cakes And Fall Cocktails
Chuseok, often called Korean Thanksgiving, is one of Korea’s major traditional holidays, and Ingle is marking it with celebratory rice cakes and fall cocktails ahead of the prix fixe lunch and dinner service.
The restaurant operates two locations, an original in Tysons opened by Chef James Jang in 2022 and a newer DC outpost that opened on 14th Street NW in December 2025. Both focus on American Wagyu grilled tableside alongside seafood forward starters and a curated wine list.
A Refined Take On Korean Steakhouse Dining
Unlike many all you can eat Korean barbecue spots in the region, Ingle takes a more restrained approach to both its menu and its dining room. The DC location’s regular dinner service centers on an $80 prix fixe menu built to show range without excess, while the Tysons original continues to offer both prix fixe and a la carte options for lunch and dinner.
Worth Booking Ahead For The Holiday
Chuseok weekend tends to draw a strong crowd at Korean restaurants across the region, and Ingle’s tabletop grilling format means tables turn over more slowly than at a typical dinner service. Guests planning to celebrate the holiday here should expect to book a few days out rather than walking in.
Ingle Korean Steakhouse’s DC location is at 1926 14th Street NW, and the Tysons location is at 8369 Leesburg Pike in Vienna, Virginia.
