Inca Social in Arlington will teach guests to make Peruvian ceviche and a classic Chilcano cocktail during a hands-on class on Wednesday, October 7.

Inside the Ceviche and Chilcano Class at Inca Social

The Ceviche and Chilcano Class starts at 7 PM and runs about 75 minutes. Tickets are $90 per person, prepaid, for parties of one to 20 guests. That price covers the class, food, the cocktail, gifts, tax and gratuity.

First, guests learn to cure fresh fish in citrus, the technique behind Peru’s signature dish. Next comes the Chilcano, a mix of pisco, lime juice, ginger ale and bitters. Then everyone eats and drinks the results.

Space is limited, so booking early is smart!

Why Inca Social Is an Arlington Favorite for Peruvian Ceviche

Ceviche anchors the everyday menu. The ceviche sampler serves three flavors, classic, ají amarillo and rocoto cream, while the Nikkei version pairs fresh tuna with avocado and cucumber.

Beyond the raw bar, diners regularly order anticuchos, lomo saltado and the ceviche sampler. The Inca Social concept launched in 2018 in Vienna, built around Peruvian cooking and craft beer.

Today, both Northern Virginia locations post specials on Instagram at @incasocial.

A Hands-On Date Night Just Across the Key Bridge

Inca Social sits on Wilson Boulevard in Rosslyn, a short trip from Georgetown and downtown DC. That makes the class an easy weeknight plan for couples, friends or coworkers.

Plus, a class builds conversation into the evening an you leave with a recipe they can repeat at home.

Also on the calendar, Inca Social hosts Una Noche en Peru with Carolina Torres on Friday, October 9 at 9 PM.
