Book soon for the best foliage views!
High Floors Turn Fall Foliage Into the Main Attraction
Guest rooms begin on the 20th floor, according to the hotel’s official site, and the hotel rises 36 stories above the Potomac River. The hotel’s publicist describes it as Rosslyn’s tallest building, with sweeping views of fall color along the river, across Arlington, and into Washington.
The package requires a stay on the 30th floor or above, so guests settle into the highest rooms for a leaf-peeping weekend without leaving the region.
The Package Makes a Car-Free DC Weekend Simple
The two-night minimum package includes daily breakfast, onsite parking, and a $10 Metro card, according to the hotel’s publicist. Hotel Management reported that the property sits close to Rosslyn Metro Station, Georgetown, and the National Mall, and less than five minutes from Reagan National Airport.
Guests can park once, ride the Metro to museums, monuments, and restaurants, and return to the skyline views each evening.
‘Locket,’ ‘Pendant,’ and ‘The View’ Round Out the Stay
Locket serves breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner with a contemporary take on classic American cuisine, and Pendant Bar & Lounge anchors the lobby. Try the new seasonal cocktails from mixologist Kal Leema, and Scott’s Coffee Shop & Mart serves Starbucks coffee for guests on the move.
The View, on the 36th floor, covers 7,812 square feet and hosts events for up to 400 guests. Hotel Management also noted that the site previously held a 307-room hotel for more than 50 years.
The hotel marked its first anniversary on August 26, 2026, and The Washington Lobbyist keeps tracking Washington DC hotel coverage for readers.
