Bluejacket will bring its annual Oktoberfest celebration back to Navy Yard on Saturday, September 19, 2026, with eight German-inspired beers, Bavarian food, live music, and free admission from noon to 5 pm.

The official Bluejacket Oktoberfest schedule centers on the brewery’s seasonal lager releases. Hill House, a Märzen, returns alongside the debut of Reflections, a dry-hopped Festbier made with Hersbrucker hops. Six additional selections round out the list, including a Helles Lager, Weissbier, smoked Doppelbock, Schankbier, and two regional takes on German pilsner. Some unfiltered beers will be served directly from traditional gravity kegs, while most selections will also be available to take home.
Live Music And Oktoberfest Games Fill The Afternoon.
Gravity kegs will be tapped at noon, when an alphorn performance and guest participation session also begin. The afternoon schedule includes a pretzel toss, boot beer chugging, yodeling, and stein-hoisting competitions. The Alpine Players will perform from 2 to 5 pm. The event is a strong fit for beer fans, groups planning a casual Saturday outing, and visitors looking for a lively fall event near the Capitol Riverfront.

Bluejacket plans to serve a focused menu of Oktoberfest favorites, including a jumbo salted pretzel with beer mustard and beer cheese fondue, grilled bratwurst, pork schnitzel, cucumber salad, spaetzle, and Leberkassemmel. The setting adds local character. Bluejacket occupies a three-level brewery and restaurant inside the historic Boilermaker Shops, a former Navy Yard industrial building dating to 1919.
