Chandelier, the most upscale project yet from DC-based Keystone Hospitality Group, is set to open in late 2026 at 1201 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, steps from the White House and the Old Post Office tower. This room is built to make an entrance.

A Dining Room Built for the Big Night Out

Picture black marble, crimson leather, and 23 chandeliers (yes, twenty-three). A concierge-style host stand greets guests, a waterfall and fireplace feature anchor the room, and a grand piano sets up regular live music across 180 seats. Washingtonian predicts it should appeal to power players and would-be power players alike. The room hums before the first plate lands.

Chef John White Leads a Globetrotting Steakhouse Menu

Executive Chef John White (Insta@) spent nine years with José Andrés Group, including four as head chef of Jaleo. His menu pairs steakhouse staples and seafood classics with Spanish, Asian, French, Italian, and Latin American flavors and techniques, inspired by experience-driven dining rooms in London, Turkey, and Dubai. Order across both sides of the menu, a seafood start and a steak to share.
