Gordon Ramsay Street Burger in Penn Quarter is serving The Pink Stack, a $20 double smash burger that sends $2 from every order to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation through the end of November 2026. What you get is a burger with a purpose, and a delicious excuse to grab lunch near Capital One Arena.

What’s Stacked on the Pink Stack Burger

Two smash patties meet lettuce, mozzarella, pickled red onions, garlic basil aioli, and a balsamic vinaigrette. Think of it as a caprese salad that went to the gym (in the best way). It is a tangier lane than the menu’s heavier hitters.

Why This Burger Matters Beyond the Bun

Ramsay’s team built The Pink Stack for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and kept it going through November, so every order adds $2 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Lunch, meet impact. Catch up on our first look at Ramsay in DC.

Who Should Go and What Else to Order

Arena crowds, Penn Quarter office lunchers, and visitors fresh off the museums will feel right at home. Add fries and pair your Pink Stack with a friend’s Hell’s Kitchen burger, stacked with spicy tomato chutney, spicy aioli, and Hell’s Salsa. Twenty dollars is steep for a smash burger… But! The $2 donation softens the sting.

Street Burger sits at 507 7th Street NW, steps from Capital One Arena and the Gallery Place Chinatown Metro station. Hours run from half past eleven in the morning to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and until 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
