Get ready, Washington, DC! Georgetown is about to experience a fresh, yet refined, take on the classic steakhouse.

Michelin-starred Chef Ryan Ratino, one of the country’s youngest to achieve such an honor, is bringing his Midwestern roots to the neighborhood with Ox & Olive. This highly anticipated 50-seat restaurant, located at 3201 Cherry Hill Lane, is slated to open in early 2026.

Chef Ratino has long envisioned Georgetown as the perfect market for his vision, and when a hidden alleyway space became available, he seized the opportunity. This exciting new venture is the latest concept from Hive Hospitality, the acclaimed group behind the vibrant Bresca (one MICHELIN star) and the exquisite two-starred tasting room, Jônt, located upstairs. Their portfolio also includes Maass at Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale (one MICHELIN star) and Ômo by Jônt.
