Ebbitt House is targeting early November 2026 at Reston Station, bringing Clyde’s Restaurant Group’s American dining and raw-bar tradition to a new restaurant beside the area’s growing hotel and residential district.
The Ebbitt Name Comes With Its Own Reston Story
The restaurant’s official background connects the name to the original Ebbitt House established in Washington in 1856 and the later Old Ebbitt Grill. Reston’s restaurant will have its own menu and character. Executive Chef Diego Ramirez and General Manager Ajay Bhatia both worked at Clyde’s of Reston, giving returning local diners a familiar connection as the group establishes its new address.
The Room Supports A Range Of Occasions
The announced layout includes a roughly 275-seat dining room, two bars, two private dining rooms and a covered 125-seat patio with its own bar. The website previews oysters, housemade pasta, seafood, steaks and American classics.
The Location Connects Dining With A Hotel Stay
The Burn’s October 11 update places Ebbitt House across the plaza from JW Marriott Reston Station and reports a first-week-of-November target from a restaurant representative. The restaurant’s own site now says early November.
