Michelin-starred Bresca will serve its annual All Duck Dinner on Sunday, October 18, a one-night tasting menu priced at $195 per person with limited seats available.

Chefs Ryan Ratino and Garrett Brower Built Every Course Around Duck

Ratino and chef de cuisine Garrett Brower designed each course to show duck through a different technique, from delicate and refined to rich and deeply savory. One ingredient carries the whole menu, and every plate reads as a separate interpretation of it. The dinner honors whole-animal cooking, which puts as much of the bird to use as possible.

Bresca Remains One of DC’s Most Playful Michelin-Starred Dining Rooms

Bresca holds one Michelin star, and its OpenTable listing points to a living moss wall, purple banquettes, and dishes layered with truffles and caviar. Ratino also leads two-Michelin-starred Jônt in the same building. The restaurant marked nine years on September 16 with three $9 cocktails and a few beloved classics served alongside regular dinner. That milestone makes this year’s duck dinner feel like a fitting fall encore.

Adventurous Eaters and Tasting Menu Fans Will Get the Most From This Night

This dinner rewards diners who enjoy watching one ingredient carry an entire meal. Rich, savory duck also lands right on time for cooler October evenings. Duck lovers, mark your calendars!

Bresca is located at 1906 14th Street NW in the U Street Corridor. The All Duck Dinner costs $195 per person on Sunday, October 18, and seats are limited. Sunday service runs from 5 PM to 9:30 PM, and reservations are available through Bresca on OpenTable.
