The Conrad Hotel and Estuary, the newest restaurant helmed by renowned chefs Bryan and Michael Voltaggio, located in CityCenterDC, and they’ve just debuted brunch service.

The new menu served Saturdays and Sundays between 11:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m., is a continuation of the restaurant’s dedication to featuring local ingredients and flavors of the Chesapeake Bay area in an upscale, refreshingly unique dining environment.
Highlights include reimagined brunch favorites like Chicken Fried Quail & Waffle ($24) a yeasted waffle with sorghum sambal (chili paste) and tiny eggs, Croque Madame ($24) with toasted brioche, surryano ham, whipped gruyere and poached eggs, and a new take on Risotto ($24) prepared with steel cut oats and a mushroom brodo.
Brunch cocktails such as the Estuary Bloody Mary made with Tito’s, tomato, ponzu, Tabasco, lime and pickled shishitos; Parisian Party with Dolin Blanc, cold brew, demerara, absinthe and soda; and Mimosa Spritzes with Aperol, orange juice and prosecco, will be available for $16.
