Fall is taking over The Watergate Hotel’s infamous Top of the Gate rooftop bar and lounge and you will soon be able to indulge in new menus full of seasonal flavors while being surrounded by Instagrammable harvest décor and the best views of the Potomac.

Top of the Gate Fall Menus
This fall through winter, Top of the Gate is adding a few cold weather options to its menu. Guests can enjoy 360-degree views from the rooftop while nibbling on Apple Cider Doughnuts, specialty S’mores, Hot Pretzels served with mustard or jalapeno cheese and four different types of Stromboli.
In addition to the usual full-service bar, guests can sip on signature cocktails like the Winter Frost or warm up with a Spiked Hot Chocolate, Kentucky Apple Cider or Mulled Wine. Kids will enjoy the Apple Jack and Vanilla Grapefruit mocktails along with regular hot chocolate from the rooftop’s all new fall menu.
Halloween Costume Party at Top of the Gate
On Saturday October 27, The Watergate Hotel will host its annual Halloween Costume Party at Top of the Gate. For $20, guests who attend wearing a costume will enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbly and breathtaking 360-degree views of the Potomac River, Capitol and Washington Monument.
