You can anticipate a collection of house-made charcuterie and a raw bar and silver carving trolley showcasing a rotating selection of carved meats including Prime Rib, pork and lamb.
Adjacent to Scotts is the private members’ Cask Club, which will offer its own private entrance, complete with thumbprint recognition, and additional seating for 35 guests, making it an ideal place to meet over an exceptional drink.
During his career, Simon Lowe has received the Restaurant Designer of the Year award while also being acknowledged as one of Great Britain’s best interior designers. Lowe designed the layout and worked with his architects, HapstakDemetriou+, to create the smart modern British décor. The 3,500-square foot Scotts Restaurant and Bar offers a 70-seat dining room and 45-seat Long Bar, which will feature traditional and innovative cocktails and a collection of malt whiskeys and other fine liquors.
