A ‘Vegas in Ivy City’ celebration will raise money for several noteworthy charities in the region for a night of incredible seafood prepared by top chefs in Washington, DC.

Scott Drewno of ChiKo, Michael Ellis of Charlie Palmer Steak, Haider Karoum of Chloe, Matt Cockrell of Mintwood Place, Danny Lee of ChiKo, Joud Achkar of Tabard Inn, Bobby Jones of Point Crab House, Russell Smith of The Source, Matt Baker of Gravitas, and David Stein of Tony and Joe’s will provide amazing tastes while Three Stars Brewing, One Eight Distilling, Atlas Brew Works, Green Hat Gin, Jos. A. Magnus, Republic Restoratives Distillery will provide great cocktails and drinks.
Along with individual chef tasting stations, the event will feature a raw bar with fresh shucked oysters, a smoked seafood station featuring product from the Ivy City Smokehouse, a beer garden on the patio, a casino night, and a variety of local and regional wines.
This event will benefit: Martha’s Kitchen, Becky’s Fund, Horton’s Kids, American Experience Foundation, Washington Youth Garden, DAHEC, Blue Ridge Food Bank, Educated Eats, GWU Mammovan, Microgreens, Miriam’s Kitchen, National Kidney Foundation, Seafood Nutrition Partnership, The Children’s Inn at NIH and Wish-a-Fish Foundation, and BrainFood.
