Pokemon Symphonic Evolutions Live Concert Series Now in Philly September 19th

Pokémon Symphonic Evolutions: Generation 1 Music (Red, Blue, Yellow). Video by Stealthless.

Washington, DC (September 6, 2014) – On August 15th, I had the pleasure to experience Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions at the Warner Theater, just a walk away from the Willard Hotel, W Hotel Washington DC, and the JW Marriott.

What a fun potent experience is was to see the fusion of a classic video game paired with a cinematic orchestra. On the projection above are screenshots of memorable moments on a bevy of gaming consoles throughout the years. You will see the conductor match with perfection the score written along with the movement of the video game. There were many surprises throughout the performance, so I won’t give away much, there are special guests who will make their appearance, so make sure you stay until the end!

The premiere of Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions in Washington DC sold out with a second performance added by popular demand. Don’t miss this one night only Philadelphia performance!

The show continues in Philadelphia this September 19th. Brought to life by the Mann Festival Orchestra, featuring the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia, accompanied by exciting visuals on giant screens, Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions will take audiences of all ages on a powerful musical retrospective through the popular video game franchise’s most memorable melodies.
