Washington, DC – Okay, its the end of January. How we doing on our New Years Resolutions? Well, I need a little push, a reboot to get me through the next month and this storm of the century is not helping. I found a few things that crossed my desk that I wanted to share with you to help get you refocused on the New You.

There is the latest Flywheel Challenges kicking off January 25th that will offer a great opportunity for you to start the new year on a fun, fit note and achieve results! In addition to 4-6 classes per week, you get: Early booking access, custom daily meal plan & weekly conference calls with SELF magazine contributors C&J Nutrition, workshops, (NEW!) free gifts! And get two free guest credits. Start HERE.

There is a new massage app out there called Zeel. Its been available in New York, LA, Fort Lauderdale, Denver, and now it has landed here in DC. You can get a Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sport Massage and event a Prenatal Massage. It is just as easy as a few taps on your phone and you have a masseuse arriving shortly, but I suggest you book ahead. Download to app and check out the prices, you can do all that without a commitment and go from there. What I found is that it costs about $99 plus gratuity, which is already built into the final price, it was about $118-30 for a deep tissue. Give it as a gift, or sign up for a year. There are great options HERE.

My dentist Dr. Alex Naini has upgraded her othodontal game and now offering this awesome whitening pen. I’ve used it twice a day for two weeks and my teeth are whiter and brighter and I really didn’t have any sensitivity to it. So you can pick these up at her office or online at

Jrink Juicery! You know there is one Dupont Circle, there is one in Shaw, in Metro Center, And even Falls Church. Now there is one in Foggy Bottom, close to the White House. If you go to their website, its all about the cleanses, which are great and they even have soup cleanses. They start around $155 for a three-day cleanse. They have a six-pack option for $54, and they have other promotions running in the stores. I went to the Foggy Bottom location and bought three and got the fourth one for free. She also gave me a punch card where I’d get the tenth one for free as well.

I hope this gets you thinking about your New Years Resolutions and what you might need to get yourself reenergized and get back out there!
