Mirabelle’s Grand Re-Opening Menu for August 2018

Mirabelle has announced an entirely new culinary team in late July. The restaurant unveiled a tempting new menu for its re-opening on August 7, for lunch and dinner service.

General Manager and Beverage Director Jennifer Knowles returns to Mirabelle bringing with her a distinguished team, including recently appointed Executive Chef Keith Bombaugh, formally the chef de cuisine at Boston’s Meritage. Mirabelle’s reopening menu is designed to emulate the shared memories of Bombaugh and Knowles’ experiences growing up on the South Shore of Boston, their strong connection to the Mid-Atlantic and experiences beyond the region. Mirabelle will feature a pastry trolley that showcases various large-format traditional French pastries created by newly appointed Pastry Chef Zoe Ezrailson and her pastry team.

Signature items include Hamachi Crudo, togarashi puffed grains, Fresno curls, tiger sauce; Hot Lobster “Roll” Voulevent, egg yolk purée, chives, bacon buttermilk foam; Ruby Farms Steak Tartare, traditional accompaniments, toasted brioche; Salade Parisienne, jambon, poached egg, champignons, potatoes, gem lettuce; several Tarte Flambées including Gratinée, gruyère, bacon lardons, caramelized onions, fromage blanc and cf. Bistro Classics on the menu such as the Mirabelle Roast Dip, peppercorn roasted top-round, gruyère, caramelized onion, potato mille feuille, petite greens and Cape Cod Duo of Clams, fried clam bellies, steamers, corn bread, and sauces are sure to make the mouth water.

At dinner service, you have the option of ordering a la carte with menu items starting at $16 to $24 for first courses, $20 to $41 for second courses and $29 to $40 for main entrees. A prix-fixe menu consisting of a four-course ($85), five-course ($95) and a 12-course long format tasting ($195) per person (excluding tax and gratuity) will also be available for guests beginning late-August. Wine pairings spearheaded by Beverage Director Jennifer Knowles and Wine Director Karl Kuhn will also be available for all prix-fixe menus.

Lunch is served Monday through Friday, from 11:30am to 2:00pm and dinner is served Monday through Friday, from 5:30pm to 9:30pm; Saturday, from 5:30pm to 10:00pm.
