Washington, DC (February 21, 2013) – What has become an annual tradition, the Mandarin Oriental, situated on the Southwest waterfront of DC, hosted their Chinese New Year party in celebration of the Year of the Snake. This event was slightly more intimate this year, catering to a smaller group of DC’s event planners, executives and select VIPs.
Authentic Asian cuisine was provided by Sou’Wester Restaurant, a signature restaurant of the hotel and event planner extraordinaire Andre Wells, again offered his Midas touch to the evening, delivering another flawless and polished event.
Live music, a DJ, ice sculptures and a photo-booth made the night fun and exciting. What will the Year of the Snake bring? After a little research, here are a few tips to ensure a great 2013; Create a safe space to work, provide places for you to feel safe and secure, utilize those special analytical skills, but always be methodical. Things will definitely be accomplished as you focus forward.
