Kitsuen Bar – a Ramen restaurant offering craft cocktails Wednesday through Sunday – has recently reopened their restaurant and is ready to offer you Saturday and Sunday brunch.
Along with their large upstairs dining room, the back patio is open and spacious offering fresh open air. There are two large flatscreen TVs queued up for sports and music videos. Before entering the restaurant, your temperature is checked, and hand sanitizer is offered. The staff all wear facemasks during service.
For brunch, they offer bottomless mimosas for $25. A must-have is the maple braised beef short ribs with potatoes, baby carrots, and shiitake mushrooms.
Japanese fluffy pancakes come with maple meringue, fresh fruit, and granola. Try an update to avocado toast, served with a made to order egg and garlic miso butter and furikake. Chile fried chicken sandwich with housemaid buttermilk biscuits and spicy mayo is a great standout, as well as the arancini with shiitake, bacon, and mozzarella.
Another reason to return to Kistuen Bar is their half-off drinks and food Wednesday through Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM. Their dinner menu has great items like curry Ramen and cold sesame noodles.
