The work of Atlanta-based designONE studio, the redesign brings elements from the surrounding city inside, creating an original aesthetic not found in other hotels in the capital.
Each spacious guest room is equipped with Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses, an HDTV, complimentary WiFi, and an in-room “hospitality center” with a mini fridge, microwave oven and Keurig® single cup brewing system.
For project designers Stephanie Head and Jessica Casiano of designONE Studio, Washington D.C.’s storied history and iconic architecture acted as strong sources of inspiration. The nearby Lincoln Memorial, for example, guided their choice of color palette, which includes copper tones and muted greens.
To celebrate the renovation, Hilton Honors members will receive an additional 1,000 Honors points per night for reservations between May 25 and August 31, 2018 using the Rate Code PGMP1. The redesign of the hotel will continue with the expansion of its fitness center, debuting later in 2018.
