‘Hatoba’ Will Arrive at The Yards in Winter 2018 – But You Can Get a Taste at a ‘Pop-In’ Experience During All Star Week

Hatoba – the 3rd Sapporo-style ramen shop from the team behind the Daikaya – is slated to open in​ ​‘The Yards’ for Winter 2018.

[Hey! On Sunday, December 8, 2019, 2941 Restaurant will host a Decadence Dinner. Order a four-course ($100 or $175 w/ wine pairing), six-course ($150 or $250 w/ wine pairing) or eight-course tasting menu ($200 or $325 w/ wine pairing), which will be available exclusively, from 4-8 pm.]

This will be the fourth restaurant to open after Daikaya, Haikan, and Bantam King and will offer exclusive noodles Nishiyama Seimen Company in Sapporo, Japan.

Featuring 2,200-square feet, Hatoba – meaning dock – will open within the Boilermaker Building in The Yards and is preparing​ to offer a completely original selection of Sapporo-style ramen, different from the assortment of ramen currently offered at both Daikaya and Haikan – including some chilled ramen options. The ramen shop will feature seating for​ 80​ – with 50 seats available ​indoors, ​and ​30 seats available outdoor​s​. Streetsense has been signed on to assist with providing the design foundation for Hatoba.
