Crafter of cocktails, Franklin “Frankie” M. Jones, is a native Washingtonian. A former Assistant Photographer to the Secretary of State, later joining The Gibson, and earned a RAMMY nomination for Best Cocktail Program in 2014.
Now at Occidental Grill & Seafood, Jones continues to surprise patrons, with the fun, witty, and approachable nature of his cocktails.
