Dirty Habit is proud to announce Drew Hairston as its new beverage manager.

In this role, Hairston will oversee the bar program, which includes three separate cocktail menus for three distinct bar spaces, while continuing to deliver creative cocktails that guests have come to expect from Dirty Habit.
Prior to Dirty Habit, he began at P.F. Changs, then onto Macon Bistro & Larder, Bar Charley and Sidecar, Le DeSales, and Bar Pilar.
“Working alongside talented chefs is a source of inspiration to me,” said Hairston. “I strive to develop cocktails that can stand on their own as an after-work beverage or elevate an evening’s sit-down dining experience. Executive Chef Kyoo Eom offers consistently stellar dishes and I’m excited to deliver cocktails – with some flair – to match Chef Kyoo’s cooking.”
Dirty Habit guests can look forward to unique, seasonally inspired cocktails from Hairston. His debut bar menu will include the delicate and smooth Spa Date made with Absolut Elyx, ylang ylang, bergamot, and yuzu as well as the savory-sweet On Horseback featuring bacon-washed Elijah Craig Small Batch bourbon, black mission fig, mint, and maple.
Hairston’s Florida Man is one of the most involved creations on the menu and greets the palate with a delightfully complex flavor resulting from rum, fresh lime, whole milk, homemade Tahitian vanilla cordial, falernum, and graham crackers. Hairston will update Dirty Habit’s three bar menus seasonally throughout the year.
