DC Eats: New Spring sweetgreen Bowls

Spring has sprung! In your sweetgreen bowls! Check out the new (east coast) menu featuring steelhead, local goat cheese, and a new hibiscus tea!

Washington, DC – Spring has a totally different meaning on the East Coast. We’re just thawing out — things aren’t really coming out of the ground just yet, and really, we’re only now starting to think about what our gardens will grow.

sweetgreen is just just following Mother Nature’s lead and debuting new bowls for you to enjoy. So take a look below!

Umami Grain Bowl
organic quinoa + farro, swiss chard, pea shoots, roasted mushrooms, red onion,
roasted tofu, spicy sunflower seeds, miso sesame ginger dressing

Not So Nicoise
organic mesclun, chopped romaine, roasted asparagus, roasted new potatoes, hardboiled
egg, roasted steelhead, horseradish vinaigrette

Beets Don’t Kale My Vibe
