Ivy City’s premiere urban winery, City Winery DC. has added several new dishes to their menu highlighting all the flavors of Spring from Executive Chef Brandon Ingenito.

New dishes this season include Marinated Olives & Ricotta Toast with flavors of orange, garlic, and rosemary; Crispy Shrimp with a roasted sweet corn salad & tarragon remoulade; Grilled Ahi Tuna with broccoli rabe, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and caper berries; Smoked Pork Belly with mint-pea puree, cabbage slaw, and pork rinds. Of course no meal at City Winery would complete with something sweet for dessert. Guests can enjoy Chef Ingenito’s new Olive Oil “Shortcake” strawberry-rhubarb compote.
