Aria Hosts Wine Cooperative

The Wine Cooperative, an extension of the Washington, DC International Wine and Food Festival, has created a unique opportunity throughout the year to enjoy and learn about food, wine and spirits.

[Hey! Have you seen my post on custom-made MTM clothing? Take a look, and if you place an order, they will add a free custom shirt. Just tell them The Washington Lobbyist sent you.]

Hosted outside of the Ronald Reagan Building, these events are designed to create a comfortable environment to share the passion of wine pairing with others.

Coming up on Tuesday, July 17th from 5pm to 8pm, Pascual Toso Wines will host a tasting with food experience at Aria Fresca in the Woodrow Wilson Plaza.

Aria chefs will fire up the charcoal grills on the patio and offer a menu featuring some traditional Argentinean asado as well as grilling staples like burgers and brats. Pascual Toso Wines will feature Estate and Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec as well as a refreshingly crisp Torrontes and a Sparkling made with 100% Chardonnay.

Tickets are only $30 in advance or $35 at the door. For more information or to purchase tickets: To learn more about this historic winery: Aria is located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C.
