5500+ Square Foot, The Imperial, Now Open With Three-Floors Including Dram & Grain Basement Bar

One of the country’s most acclaimed drinking destinations will soon open its second venture, The Imperial, in Washington, DC’s south Adams Morgan neighborhood is now open.

The experience at the stunning three-floor, 5500+ square foot restaurant and bar begins in the bright, light-filled dining room, where Chef Russell Jones serves Mid-Atlantic inspired cuisine through the lens of southern France.

The main floor also features a sparkling raw bar, and drinking bar pouring interesting wines, creative craft cocktails and vintage spirits.

Real cocktail enthusiasts can head downstairs to the basement cocktail den Dram & Grain, and al fresco diners can enjoy drinks and dinner under the stars on The Imperial’s two-tiered open-air rooftop bar.

The capacity has grown almost 3x, accommodating 50-75 people depending on seated or standing. A highlight of the basement is a warm, inviting Fireplace Room outfitted with a gas fireplace, ideal for the cold weather season. The 24-seat Fireplace Room will also be available for private events.

On the roof, The Imperial has a two-tiered Rooftop Garden & Bar for dining and drinking with stunning vistas of the city, seating approximately 50, and outfitted with lush greenery in the warm-weather seasons.
