On February 14th, Slate Wine Bar + Bistro will offer a four-course dinner ($65 + wine pairing $35) and will begin with a few of Chef’s “Mini Bites.”
Guests will then choose between; Gnocchi Verdi with Asparagus Spears and Beurre Blanc, Mini Crab Cakes with Charred Octopus Medallions – or – Grilled Lamb Chop, Rosemary Red Wine Sauce & Poor Man’s Potatoes.
For your entree, choose from the following:
Mushroom Risotto (vegetarian) featuring Cremini + Porcini Mushrooms & Parmesan Cheese – or – Ahi Tuna Steak served with Sautéed Spinach & Confit Tomatoes – or – Duck Breast in a Blood Orange and Grapefruit Glaze Served with Grilled Chard – or – MD Roseda Farm Dry-Aged New York Strip Beurre Maître d’Hôtel and served with Roasted Brussel Sprouts.
Enjoy a sweet ending with one of three desserts: Pomegranate Sorbet – or – classic Chocolate Covered Strawberries – or – Red Velvet Cupcake.
