Le DeSales, located across the street from the Mayflower Hotel, will offer a four-course, prix fixe menu accompanied with a glass of Cremant de Bourgogne, Blanc de Blanc this Valentine’s Day.
Prepared by Chef-Partner Raphael Francois, dinner will begin with an amuse bouche of Oysters, Champagne sabayon, followed by a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert.
Flavorful dishes include Duck Foie Gras “Cuit au Torchon,” Christmas chutney and brioche; Almaco Jack, lime, coconut and jalapeño; Bass, white wine, chives, crushed buttermilk potatoes and “baeri caviar”; Corn-Fed Chicken, warm pudding, dried grapes and black truffle, as well as Beets, orange, miso and quinoa. Romantic dessert options include “Coeur Fraisier” Cake with strawberries and the Créme Brûlée “Classique” with muscovado sugar.
