Blue Duck Tavern will celebrate Cupid’s big day with decedent dishes for sweethearts to enjoy this Valentine’s Day.
On February 14th, Executive Chef Troy Knapp and Chef de Cuisine Daniel Hoefler will present a four-course, prix fixe menu ($125pp) from 5:30pm to 10:30pm.
Lovebirds will leave knowing they enjoyed; “Pan-Seared Foie Gras,” “Fluke Crudo,” “Champagne Broth,” “Sunchoke Vichyssoise,” “New York Prime Rib,” “Farro Risotto,” “Pan-Seared Monkfish,” and “Raspberry Champagne Sorbet.”
Additionally, Park Hyatt Washington, D.C. is offering a Romance at the Park package ($309), which includes breakfast for two, a dedicated ‘bath butler’ to provide a luxurious drawn bath in the guestroom’s spa-inspired deep soaking tub complete with bath salts and tea lights, as well as a bottle of house sparkling wine and decadent fresh strawberries with house-made dipping cream and chocolates.
