Michelin-star chef Shaun Rankin at London’s Flemings Mayfair Hotel is a firm believer in the versatility of vegetables, has created a dedicated vegan menu at Ormer Mayfair, which includes experimental dishes like Green Asparagus with Truffle, Wild Mushrooms and Artichoke; Beetroot Radish with Kalamata Sorbet and White Balsamic; and Coconut Panna Cotta with Vanilla, Mango and Mint.
At the world famous Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Vegans can dine poolside on meat-free items such as Roasted “Califlower” with Citrus, Curry Oil, Mixed Greens and Farro Puttanesca with Heirloom Tomato, Kale, Mixed Olives, Capers, Herb Oil.
At New York’s Baccarat Hotel, royal guests are treated to an exclusive vegan tea menu featuring savory treats such as Daikon Roll (Jicama, Grapefruit), Potato Crisp (Marigold, Micro Celery), Mushroom (Truffle, Baguette) and Cauliflower Walnut, Citrus Geleé).
