(Washington, DC) – Known for its renowned craft cocktails, refined speakeasy atmosphere and nondescript entrance, The Gibson’s seasonal offerings highlight the individual strengths of its skillful and enthusiastic staff. Boasting upwards of 20 unique beverages named after popular culture references and inside jokes between the staff, the fall menu features everything from spins on the classics to what’s trending in cocktail culture.
A few standouts include Pimps’s Kupp (Balvenie, Pimm’s, Domaine De Canton, Kimmel, Peychaud Bitters) and Butterbeer (Famous Grouse, Biscotti Liqueur, Lemon, Vanilla, Pilsner, Nutmeg).
“Our seasonal menus give us the opportunity to show our guests what we do best,” says Frankie Jones, the establishment’s master mixologist. “Our goal for this menu is to bring out the best in traditional Fall flavors but with our take on them.”
The Gibson is located at 2009 14th Street NW and opens daily at 6pm.
