The “Beefsteak’ event, now in its 3rd year, has become a great tradition in the city. The evening’s menu is comprised of copious amounts of meat along with an abundant supply of wine, beer and bourbon.
As for entertainment, throughout the night, Chef/Owner Charlie Palmer and Executive Chef Mike Ellis and a live band will lead the transformed, communal dining room in periodic singalongs of Americana classics such as “When the Saints Go Marching In” and “I’m a Yankee Doodle Dandy.”
Longtime Beefsteak expert and current Senior Director of Food & Beverage Operations for the Culinary Institute of America, Waldy Malouf, will preside as master of ceremonies and a portion of proceeds will benefit the Culinary Institute of America.
