Ocean Prime Executive Chef Jason Shelley takes pride in sourcing the highest quality ingredients available and uses simple, pure, local and regional flavors on their made-from-scratch menu.
Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, Jason Shelley has been a part of the Cameron Mitchell Restaurant family since 2004. He began his career as a line cook at the popular Atria’s Restaurant & Tavern in Pennsylvania.
Jason was then tapped to help Cameron Mitchell Restaurants as opening Executive Chef at Ocean Prime in Orlando. Since opening Orlando, Jason has also worked at Ocean Prime in Atlanta and Philadelphia. Chef Jason is now here in Washington, DC to execute memorable experiences for guests.
