(Washington, DC) – Park Hyatt Washington will host the next Park Hyatt Mini-Masters of Food, a seasonal culinary experience for young chefs, on Saturday, December 5th in Blue Duck Tavern.
Young rising star chefs, between the ages of six and twelve, are invited to don an apron and hat for this interactive cookie decorating class with newly appointed Pastry Chef David Collier. At the end of the session, the young chefs will have learned new tips and techniques to use for the upcoming holiday season.
