Dirty Habit, located steps from Penn Quarter’s Capital One Arena, is going for the gold with a Winter Olympics themed prix-fixe menu.
Inspired by Executive Chef Kyoo Eom’s South Korean heritage, you can get a taste of PyeongChang with two delicious courses, while rooting for their team at home.
The first course is an Eom family recipe hearkening back to Chef Kyoo’s early days in South Korea. Inspired by Chef’s grandmother, the comforting guinea hen dumplings are made with shitake mushrooms, scallions, a flavorful guinea hen broth, and barrel-aged soy sauce.
Following is a hearty main course of spicy marinated pork, featuring Korean chili paste, pickled cucumber, scallion, lettuce, and steamed rice.
Dirty Habit’s Winter Olympics menu ($35pp) is available Friday, February 9th, 2018 through Sunday, February 25th, 2018. (with the exception of Wednesday, February 14) during dinner service.
