Mirabelle has announced an entirely new culinary team in late July. The restaurant unveiled a tempting new menu for its re-opening on August 7, for lunch and dinner service.

General Manager and Beverage Director Jennifer Knowles returns to Mirabelle bringing with her a distinguished team, including recently appointed Executive Chef Keith Bombaugh, formally the chef de cuisine at Boston’s Meritage. Mirabelle’s reopening menu is designed to emulate the shared memories of Bombaugh and Knowles’ experiences growing up on the South Shore of Boston, their strong connection to the Mid-Atlantic and experiences beyond the region. Mirabelle will feature a pastry trolley that showcases various large-format traditional French pastries created by newly appointed Pastry Chef Zoe Ezrailson and her pastry team.

Bistro Classics on the menu such as the Mirabelle Roast Dip, peppercorn roasted top-round, gruyère, caramelized onion, potato mille feuille, petite greens and Cape Cod Duo of Clams, fried clam bellies, steamers, corn bread, and sauces are sure to make the mouth water.
