Together, the talented team at Siren celebrates this culinary tradition with the FarmStead Evenings dinner series, spotlighting regional, sustainable relationships with valued agriculture and gastronomic partners.
The second dinner of the series will commence on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 6:30pm with Element Shrub –a family run agribusiness, dedicated to producing a wholesome collection of herbal elixirs, honoring the colonial tradition of preserving fruit for cooking and consuming.
The four-course dinner will spotlight the inventive tastes of Element Shrub for an evening of intriguing, whimsical flavor combinations. Guests are invited to experience the creative cocktail and culinary applications of these vinegars married with Siren’s award-winning and stylish cuisine and libations. Patrons are encouraged to kick off the dinner with a welcome mocktail, the Shrub Down, featuring Blood Orange-Saffron Soda with Citric Honey Syrup and Orange Bitters.
The four-course prix fixe menu is offered for $110pp which includes beverage pairings. Only 28 guests may reserve their place for this exclusive, intimate seating. [All dinners are exclusive of tax and gratuity.]
