– Roasted Pumpkin Risotto with Foraged Mushrooms, Toasted Walnuts and Braised Kale
– Citrus Brined Pork Tenderloin with Granny Smith Apple Braised Red Cabbage, House Made Apple Butter and Grilled Pineapple Relish
– Gorgonzola Soufflé with Cranberry Coulis and Parmesan Crisp.
Fresh fall salads, soups, seafood and a number of hot entrees will also compete for your plate at this festive holiday feast.
