The Fall 2018 Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, a seasonal culinary & beverage experience, will be hosted on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at the Capital Yacht Club, located at The Wharf.
The Marine Stewardship Council will co-host with the Park Hyatt Washington, DC in celebration of wild American seafood.
The gathering will begin with a cocktail reception, followed by a five-course seafood feast presented by Park Hyatt Washington, D.C.’s Executive Chef Troy Knapp which will conclude at sunset with a dessert reception.
Five fishermen will be present to share stories with dinner guests of their experiences catching seafood from American waters.
