On Sunday, March 25, the Quill Bar is hosting the 4th edition of the Quill Cocktail Competition featuring A. de Fussigny Cognac. Exclusively distilled from two of the best cognacs in the grande and petite champagne regions of France, the Creation range appeals to a great number of enthusiasts thanks to the quality of wines and its complex and well balanced aromas.

Their historic cellar is located by the bank of the Charentes River, and makes for perfect humidity and is ideal for revealing all the aromas of the Cognac. This also allows more alcohol than water to evaporate and creates a rounder, more subtle cognac. From this, you will get rich ​aromas ​of ​buttery ​caramel,​ ​molasses,​ ​roasted ​nuts,​ ​clove,​ ​and ​dried ​cherries ​with ​a ​supple poached ​apple,​ ​and ​toffee flavor.
