Jardenea Shares Its Cherry Blossom-Inspired Cocktail Recipe!

Washington, DC – Inspired by the gorgeous explosion of pale pink and white blossoms on the famous cherry trees, Jardenea’s Melrose Blossomtini is a contemporary twist on the classic cocktail featuring Gekkeikan Plum Wine, Lambic Cherry beer and Ginga Shizuku Sake.

The Melrose Blossomtini will be available on the spring cocktail menu for $12 March through April.

Additionally, $1 from every cocktail sold will be donated to House of Ruth, an organization dedicated to helping women, children, and families in greatest need build safe, stable lives and achieve their highest potential.

RECIPE
– 2 ounces of Ginga Shizuku Sake
– 1/2 ounce of Gekkeikan Plum Wine
– Dash of lemon juice
– 1/2 ounces of egg whites
– Top with Lambic Cherry beer
– Garnished with one edible orchid flower and peychaud’s bitters

Put all the ingredients in a mixing glass, except the beer and garnish and shake well, pour into a chilled cocktail glass, add the beer and garnish! Cheers from Melrose Hotel’s Jardenea Restaurant in Georgetown!
