Sushi Nakazawa serves the omakase of Chef Daisuke Nakazawa. Within the 20-course meal lies Chef Nakazawa’s passion for sushi.
With ingredients sourced both domestically and internationally, the chef crafts a very special tasting menu within the style of Edomae sushi.
Presented to you by New York restaurateur Alessandro Borgognone and Daisuke Nakazawa, executed by Executive Chef Masaaki Uchino, sake and wine pairings by beverage director Dean Fuerth, and operated by General Manager Cody Nason, this ultimate luxury meal is available at the sushi bar Monday through Saturday at 5:00pm, 7:15pm and 9:30pm.
Reservations are requested 30 days in advance. A credit card is needed to secure all reservations. $150pp at the bar. Sake Pairing +$45pp. Premium Sake Pairing +$90pp. Wine Pairing +$120pp.
The dining room will open Friday June 22, 2018 and will be open every Friday and Saturday from then on.
